Someone is selling 2 front fnders. How can I tell if they are 68, 69-or 70?

Can 68 and 69 interchange?

Can these interchange woth 70 (with modification)?

Working on it Boss, give me some time to get pictures.

first image 1968- round side marker light, small bumper in recess, small valance (under bumper, hard to see from the side).
second image 1969- rectangle side marker light (centered between bumper and wheel well edge), small bumper, small valance (under bumper, hard to see from the side).
third image 1970- rectangle side marker light, (closer to wheel well edge), large front bumper not in a recess, large valance (under front bumper, see that long line from the bumper going back to the side marker light).
If you use 68 or 69 fenders you can't use a 70 hood or bumper. Anything can be done with modifications, costly modifications.
Putting a 68-69 front clip on a 70 would be like...how would you say it... Teats on a bull.

Thanks, so it is suffice to say that 70 fenders do not have the slight "dent" allowing for a non wrap around bumper.. A recessed "dent" and the bottom means 68-69?

Yes, '70 fenders have no recess for that BIG chrome wrap around, in your face bumper.
You can see the valance and it's lines (from the front bumper going back to the side marker light then turns down) better in this picture of a '70.
Don't look to close at my front end, it has dents in it and their not factory.

He said to "Keep your old metal hardware." Hardware, will be the items that fasten/hold/secure the parts together as in clips, bolts, screws, nuts. Some items you will not find easy like NOS (New Old Stock) or Repo. (Reproduced) by anyone at this time. Some items that you find for 1970 Dodge Chargers (exclusive to one year only built Model) will have an expensive price tag. The front end of a 1970 Charger is a one year only design.

I'm sure new, never before Reproduced parts are being reproduced as I type.

eBay

Agree....although they are not seen often. Also suggest putting wanted request on the For Sale & Wanted section....maybe another 70 member has an extra set
