So I am changing out my 70's brake light/flasher switch, take off the steering wheel, thinking a woodgrain would be nicer, so I am on Kijiji looking for a 69 Woodgrain steering wheel, then this add for a 1969 Daytona comes up 1 hour old, guy wants $40000 CDn, I think its a scam, but there a telephone number with it.  So WTF I call guy says he does not have time to fix it anymore now he hate MOPARS, I say I will be right there, 2 hours later I drive, meet him, he says its out of Florida, Daytona according to him, said it was in some museum, and has 2 gas caps because it raced around the track ( but anyways I offer $35000 thats $27635 USA and he even let me drive it home in his trailer.  Kinda pinching myself right now will be waking up any second.  Even gave me 2 extra 440 blocks with all sort of engine parts.

In my opinion that bis NOT a real XX29 car. Look at the area under the rear window. I say its a clone.

The rear window doesn't look right. Too small.

Well time to call Tony from Tonys Parts to verify it for you -----------I've not got a definitive list here but-------any real good Mopar guru should be able to suss out if its a clone - paint--gas line - K-member -number stamps -rad support numbers -nose --that has probably a dozen little tell tale signs - the front fender vents -how they're installed--rear wing install --ect--
